We are here to be of service but not when someone is not abiding by proper instructions. The office in question was useless as he should have barred this individual again who no longer resides here off the property. Corporate is not responding because they need to follow proper steps to settle the case not come to the office demanding numbers and information they already have. ![]() They keep calling corporate, they have corporates email. This has been stated on numerous occasions. After moving out and the charges applied to the account are not in agreement the residents should respond and or take it to small claims court. Without going into huge details they since moved and upon moving broke the office window, the courtesy officer was called and was also barred and trespassed from the office for the unruly behavior. The only response we got from the lady at the front desk is that "They don't have to give notices. They made no prior notice that they are doing construction, and the noises work us up and continued into our shifts. We complained to the company several times and they said they will not do anything. The management company hired contractors to renovate a neighbor's flooring and it made so much noise, we had to miss work. Maintenance likes to enter your apartment whenever they want. We complained and called the police, and the management company refuses to do anything about it. Loud music, children slamming the floor every 5 minutes. We have heard constant noises from the neighbors for months. Do not get me started on the noise issues. Keep in mind, there are children who play in these areas. There were duck feces near the mailbox and the courtyard because the residents will not stop feeding them. God forbid, you get a $50 fine for trash you didn't leave outside. How do you charge monthly for trash, and take two to three weeks to clean the trash left outside in the courtyard which attracts rodents, roaches, racoons, and cats? The trash chute gets clogged very frequently which causes people to throw their trash over the balcony. By the way, AC issues are considered emergency maintenance and we waited 6 hours after calling the office directly to get our AC fixed. We had AC issues for 3 weeks and left work orders via voicemail, only to get a call from them when the downstairs neighbor complained that there was a leak that was coming from our unit that they are coming to fix the apartment. They expect you to pay their ridiculously high rent but when you have a problem they either completely brush you off, or fix the issue on their own time. If you read this review, stay away from this apartment.
